Kevin Hart to Headline ESPN's Manningcast-style Coverage for the NBA In-Season Tournament Broadcast

In a move echoing the widely popular Manningcast format for Monday Night Football, ESPN is set to introduce NBA Unplugged with Kevin Hart, offering alternative coverage for this weekend's NBA In-Season Tournament Championship game. Renowned comedian Kevin Hart will host the watch-along, infusing his signature humor into the broadcast.

Hartbeat, the media company founded by Kevin Hart, will collaborate with the Manning brothers' Omaha Productions to produce the show. The unique watch-along format, which gained immense popularity through Peyton and Eli Manning's entertaining coverage of NFL games, will now bring a fresh and humorous perspective to the NBA.

ESPN has commissioned seven episodes of NBA Unplugged with Kevin Hart, with the series kicking off during the live coverage of the In-Season Championship game on Saturday evening. The Manningcast has been celebrated for its A-list guests, and Kevin Hart is expected to continue this tradition, adding a touch of celebrity appeal to the NBA watch-along experience.
