Special teams coach Chris Tabor steps in as interim head coach, while offensive coordinator Thomas Brown takes over playcalling duties with support from senior assistant Jim Caldwell.

The move comes after the Panthers' offense struggled, producing 15 or fewer points for the fifth consecutive week and the seventh time in 11 games. Reich, with a career record of 41-43-1, faced challenges even after reclaiming playcalling duties from Brown three games ago.
